It’s one of those books that surprised me and I wish that I knew more people who read it. If they were making a movie then I know more people would pick it up! Plus I’d totally watch anything with Max Thieriot in it, so there’s that. xD

Your posters always perfectly encapsulate the mood and feeling of the original story while simultaneously translating it for a new medium. I can’t say enough about how much I adore the poster you’ve created this week. It’s rough, bleak, chilling and stark, while also remaining strangely beautiful. Your use of typography, in particular, is to die for.

Also: YAY Max Thieriot! I absolutely adore him in Bates Motel and I would love to see his name attached to a large production like this one. I think he’s endlessly talented and while I haven’t read the book in question (it’s currently one of many sitting on my to-be-read bookshelf) it sounds as though he would be perfectly suited to this role!
